My name is Christina and I have been in the title game since 2017! I started out post closing and being more behind the scenes, doing clerical work and scanning documents. Being this was my first desk job, I tried to perfect everything that came at me and built up my knowledge as best I could to understand the ins and outs of title. I am currently a closing coordinator here at Fortis Title Agency. I communicate with everyone involved with an individual’s purchase to get them to the closing table, happy and hopefully stress free. This job is not for the weak, but I am so grateful to finally be a part of a strong team with incredible leadership to get us through!
Diana Vicari is a dedicated Closing Coordinator with over 30 + years of experience working in an attorney’s office and 2 years experience in the title industry managing the final stages of real estate transactions from contract to closing, coordinating with lenders, attorneys and clients; tracking deadlines and ensuring timely delivery of funds and paperwork and troubleshooting last minute issues to keep closings on schedule. She brings energy and clear communication to every deal, ensuring all parties feel informed, supported, and confident along the way.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Education, teaching Physical Education and Health, and coached women’s sports at the middle and high school levels in Texas. She lived in Thailand and Newfoundland and is an avid Texas high school football fan, attending Friday Night Lights through 2010. She began her career in the title industry in 1997 as a temporary binder typist and has been licensed in New Jersey since 1999. She began examining title in 1999 and never looked back. In 2005, she founded and owned a remote title binder production company, servicing small title agencies throughout New Jersey until 2017. She is a title enthusiast with a passion for all things title and a dedicated team player.
